Pulsar 180 Gear shifting Problem

Hi


Recently I owned pulsar 180 and it was doing good till 150 kilometers.

Now the gear shifting is hard especially from 1 to 2 and neutral to 1. Also the shifting noise is high.

Is this a common problem with pulsar and can I expect the improvement in the gear shifting after first service?
Please help.
