Geco expo is the Italian virtual fair on sustainability for mobility, tourism, energy, ecofood and the circular economy, born in 2021 as a response to the consequences of the pandemic on the events industry. The fair offers all participants and visitors an immersive experience in a totally virtual and interactive environment , highly personalized in all aspects. Geco Expo website home page Our web agency participated in the organization of this event both on the occasion of the first edition in 2021 and the second edition in 2022, in which the macro-themes covered were: Circular economy Ecofood Renewable energies Sustainable tourism & mice Sustainable mobility Issues related to the objectives of the Green New Deal The aim of the event is to give all those interested in achieving a future of sustainable development the opportunity to come into contact with companies and institutions, innovators and investors, young startuppers and representatives of the sectors of mobility and sustainable tourism , ecofood , mobility and renewable energy .
The fair takes place within a 3D virtual environment Denmark Telegram Number Data developed by HyperFair in which users, equipped with a personal avatar , can explore the different stands in the metaverse . Aleide collaborated on the event by creating a web platform, available in both Italian and English, which allows the registration and accreditation of: exhibitors buyers sponsor visitors journalists contributor Through it, all registered users have the opportunity to access a personal area in which to manage their public information, view extra content and access the 3D platform. In particular, the web platform developed by Aleide allows exhibitors and buyers to manage their appointment calendar, report the time slots in which they are available, request meetings and manage invitations received from other users.
Furthermore, it allows them to manage the entire flow, from the first contact generated by completing the appropriate form on the site. In fact, after generating the lead , users can access the actual registration on the portal, activation following payment, publication on the site and activation of the personal area.
